I'm your regular customer and I'm pretty happy with everything, but I would prefer if when passing through Calais we went with the boat and not through the tunnel, I would be pleased if you deal with this issue and I look forward to another trip with you.

Hello, Blueline-bus uses crossing the Channel Tunnel and the ship, it is not possible to say now that if we will go through the tunnel or by the ship.
